Progress Athlete of the Week: Madison Lukehart
Glendale basketball player Madison Lukehart has been named The Progress’ female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 11.
Lukehart had a big game against Curwensville, scoring 16 points, including six points in the fourth quarter. She had three assists.
“Madison had her best game of the season at Curwensville,” said Lady Vikings head coach Beth Campbell. “She shot well, played great defense and didn’t turn the ball over. She is our senior leader and really took charge to lead the team.”
